    That was the first point of the "Science and Engineering Practice" list that wasn't conveyed too well to me in while learning science. Science communication was barely dealt with. Not in the way you describe it here at least.
    Minor typo in description: "Pracice" should be "Practice"

    Help! Where do we get these resources? Science articles and hands-on activities for struggling high school freshmen? Budget $0. Books 0. But I do have a smartboard and internet. Thanks in advance. Science News (check). Science Notebook (help, more!), Presentations (check). Mini-posters (love it!).

    Thanks for doing this entire series! It's incredibly helpful and very clearly explained.

    I'm very interested in adapted primary literature. Do you have any links or suggestions for sources of this kind of literature? Would you consider the publications from National Geographic to fit into this category? Do you have recommendations for where I could find material like this for my middle schoolers?
