February 3, 2018 at 10:27 pm Reply another great video. i will start to explore controlling the far leg and reverse x. thank you for pointing out these concepts MaurerBarros February 3, 2018 at 10:53 pm Reply Another masterpiece bjjscout keep the hard work Ayrshire Grappler February 3, 2018 at 11:05 pm Reply So happy when you got to Reverse X. My favourite part of his game. Cheers. e nd February 3, 2018 at 11:48 pm Reply good vid! starting to notice the lack of voice. having to read and then look, pause and un-pause is suprisingly irritating, especially on subjects where I'm leaving familiar. I think the need to look at the athletes to understand their positioning and movements really makes me appreciate/miss voice. Kazeshrike February 4, 2018 at 12:03 am Reply Love how you retain the text and graphics during the rolling bits. I think being able to visually see the specific details, movements, and direction really help me see what is going on. Thank you for your top-quality analysis – easily my favorite content creator for grappling related stuff on YT. Lucas Abrahão February 4, 2018 at 12:35 am Reply Your videos are great!! If you do a sequence, I like to see a deeper look in to the basics of half guard with knee shield!… Nik Nak February 4, 2018 at 12:48 am Reply I have the craig jones dvds, this is a great supplement to them with the analysis from competition footage. Keep up the great work 8/8 gr8 m8. david puerto February 4, 2018 at 1:53 am Reply great video, amazing study Jake Schwartz February 4, 2018 at 2:28 am Reply Solid video as always bro. For what it's worth, munchie actually used a really nice reverse x entry on tonon at kasai…underrated how dangerous and good that position is for entering heel hooks superlyger February 4, 2018 at 3:49 am Reply You need to do a cm punk vid. Romeo Pagulayan February 4, 2018 at 6:44 am Reply MOTHERFUCKER JONES! Aldo Vieira February 4, 2018 at 10:02 am Reply BJJScout its amazing to see grapplers like Craig Jones arising. This stuff proves that BJJ became really universal and have a lot to improve and not a brazilian dead end street. aznmickster February 4, 2018 at 10:03 am Reply Can you please do a study on ribeiro's fireman's carry from bottom side control?(Preferably no gi) Martin Hynne February 4, 2018 at 12:08 pm Reply Can you do a study on passing the guard no gi? Shane Rooney February 4, 2018 at 10:59 pm Reply @BJJSCOUTthe YouTube channel "The Modern Martial Artist" just did a breakdown of Demetrious Johnson's game.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s9WjBFeZE8QBut it was mostly focused on the standing and striking game. I was wondering if you could do a video on his ground game to round things out ^_^ Shadmehr Kargar February 5, 2018 at 5:53 am Reply Anderson silva breakdown !!!please Jonathan Watkins February 5, 2018 at 11:01 pm Reply I wonder how he would perform against a refined Mendes style passer. I saw Keenan passed his guard, but I didn't see him playing the shin trap/catcher's stance style pass with the same precision I remember seeing out of the Mendes Bros. dn a February 6, 2018 at 3:53 am Reply Nicholas Meregali study? Oscar Garza February 6, 2018 at 2:19 pm Reply Great Video wrestlejitsu February 6, 2018 at 8:37 pm Reply Great breakdown. In case you want to see Eddie Cummings play "Reverse X," I did a breakdown a few years ago on it 🙂 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kq4j96BEqGI William Harper February 11, 2018 at 8:51 pm Reply I'm probably gonna watch this more than once. I get into this knee shield position so often and don't have a bag of tricks to use here yet. Tonuzaba February 13, 2018 at 5:31 pm Reply Probably the best grappling analysis online right now, thanks so much for creating and sharing! My bad luck that I got outvoted and voice lost to music (of the kind I really do not enjoy)… Michael Atkinson February 14, 2018 at 4:23 am Reply You are like my second instructor. Thank you for what you guys do. John Hans February 16, 2018 at 4:41 am Reply used the code to score down under leg attacks ! Professor Xavier's Youtube account for the gifted February 17, 2018 at 9:50 am Reply i feel like there needs to be a bjj music festival 😂 nothing but rolling and edm Gavin Farris February 18, 2018 at 4:23 pm Reply There is so much useful information at such a fast pace I'm going to have to watch this like 20 times to figure out what's happening. I still prefer a breakdown like this over highlights and hype. Michael Corcoran February 19, 2018 at 5:48 pm Reply Voice is better… but sometimes text is great too BottomFeeder0 February 21, 2018 at 8:48 pm Reply What shorts is CJ wearing at 4:05? Emilio Luis Carrero February 26, 2018 at 2:10 am Reply Another great advantage of using reverse x is that it automatically redirects the passer to the other passing side. Lo kept stepping over the leg so that he could knee slice to his strong side (right knee through the guard) but the reverse x redirected him to the weak side to pass. Lovely bit of trickery. And it also exposed the left leg to leg locks. 🎭 Mateo Jurić February 28, 2018 at 12:42 am Reply Are there any more REVIEWs of Craig Jones DVD? Sandeep Mohan March 4, 2018 at 11:07 am Reply He stifled some of the top passers in the game. That is really saying something. Also the music @10:52 is just gold. Anyone know which one it is ?!! Gerald Arismendez March 8, 2018 at 8:44 pm Reply Oh my fucking god did I just enter the infomercial matrix Jesus Christ Presence of Mind March 16, 2018 at 7:45 pm Reply Awesome job, as always bro. Would you be able to add a video showing how Jones defends the heal hooks while using his knee shield? I love the knee shield, but against higher level practitioners, I get caught in heal hooks off of it. I don't always want to go butterfly hook to defend it. Are there any other ways? Daniel April 3, 2018 at 8:26 am Reply Hey 52 blocks south reposted your Dominic Cruz study, just letting you know Michael Dalton April 4, 2018 at 5:57 pm Reply Can this be as applicable in mma? Victor Oliveira April 5, 2018 at 2:24 am Reply More jacked than alex jones, that was too much for me hahahhahaha jax barker April 17, 2018 at 1:10 pm Reply love it, thanks (y) Christian Adams April 30, 2018 at 5:42 am Reply One of ur best breakdowns idk how i missed this video untill now. Craig jones is really underrated love his game though. 승지 May 7, 2018 at 9:35 am Reply How old is Craig Jones?? Charles Price May 18, 2018 at 1:14 pm Reply Jujitsu is taking over . Give it a lil more time and it over takes boxing sports as far as being more watched and interest. It blows boxing away . Jujitsu sport and MMA which jujitsu heavily influence will win out . I rather watch this Craig Jones study then football or LeBron james hopping ass running back and forth. I mean international jujitsu is taking over. Like if you agree Michael Atkinson July 2, 2018 at 8:28 pm Reply What are these two songs called? Thanks mezzuna July 3, 2018 at 2:21 am Reply Just started this for a hobby a few months ago after putting it off for almost 3 years. Boy do I wish I'd started back then, this is like learning music theory all over again. This might aswell have been written in hieroglyphs Boba Defett July 20, 2018 at 5:10 am Reply I didnt even know it was possible to more jacked than Alex Jones. I just see people's feet, don't know who's, an ass and other body parts and green and yellow arrows. I also have this on 1/2 speed. You should rate your vids yellow to black.. I'm blue, so maybe this is too advanced. Kinda fun to try though. Acuually, would be great if you demonstrated these in between the live footage. Samuel Martins December 31, 2018 at 7:08 pm Reply Vem traduzido se eu comprar ? Victor Chen March 20, 2019 at 12:24 am Reply Thank you so much for doing these Elon Musk March 21, 2019 at 1:35 pm Reply CRIKEY M8 Michael Coleman March 26, 2019 at 4:09 pm Reply I can't find you. Said every guy trying to pass. 😆 palmettobouy1 June 13, 2019 at 2:30 pm Reply I just keep coming back to this study. So much to perfect. Squirtle Is The Best Pokemon June 14, 2019 at 1:57 pm Reply I'm relatively new to Jiu Jitsu but this guy has quickly become one of my favorite grapplers to watch. A lot of this stuff here flies over my head in real time (and I have to admit it's still a lot to take in) but you break it down extremely well! This stuff is way beyond me when it comes to implementing into my own game as of know, but stuff like this makes me super pumped to get better and learn all about the intricacies of the sport. Jason Walker July 8, 2019 at 3:26 am Reply leg locks are for little girls and cunts. should be head stomped every time you throw one. juntjoo nunya July 9, 2019 at 8:10 am Reply Love the music and robocop effects Amadis Demitrius August 3, 2019 at 1:44 am Reply They should merge MMA, BJJ, and Kickboxing. One round BJJ, one MMA, one kickboxing. That way leg lock specialists get punched in the face for their bs game. Tom September 10, 2019 at 3:09 pm Reply So, the only "passer" to pass his guard that was included in the video is Keenan…. Hmmm…. Evidence is mounting that this channel is run by Keenan.
